Shannon Mangini (aka @ThePizzaiola on Instagram) \u00a0is living proof of that. In just a few short years since graduating from college in 2018 with a degree in economics, entrepreneurship, and finance (Univ. of Pennsylvania&#8217;s Wharton School, where she was also a lacrosse star) Shannon has, among other things, brought <strong>DiFara Pizza<\/strong> to the North Fork of Long Island and staged numerous pop-ups during the Covid years, been interviewed on <strong><i>Women in Pizza<\/i><\/strong>, and, most recently, been serving as <strong>Senior Director of Brands and Partnerships for the OTG Management Group<\/strong>, which owns and operates food concessions in airports around the country.
