First, Jeff will show us the technique he uses at <em>Brown Dog Pizza<\/em> in Telluride, and also at <em>Blue Pan Pizza<\/em> in Denver. Then, Shawn will demonstrate his classic technique, just the way he does it at his Detroit area restaurants.
