As an independent, relatively small operation that exists within a huge mega-category of more well-known consumer brands, has given Rob the flexibility to pivot and adapt to our changing times. In this two-part interview we&#8217;ll hear how this flexibility has allowed <em>DiNapoli Tomato Products<\/em> to thrive during the ever-growing artisan pizza era, including his partnership with pizza master Chris Bianco, to create an in-demand line of top-tier organic tomatoes.
