Nancy is a visionary, whether as the founder of <em>La Brea Breads,<\/em> or as the opening pastry chef at Wolfgang Puck&#8217;s<em> Spago<\/em>, or as an author, or the winner of numerous James Beard and other awards, or &#8230;. well, the list goes on (and we&#8217;ll recount much of that journey in these two sessions). Bottom-line, she is a national treasure.
