Let&#8217;s see how well I do here at home!<\/p><\/div>As many of you saw in a recent Guest Column, my sister finally made the trip to Pizzeria Bianco last month (a trip, I have yet to make)!\u00a0 If you read her story, you can see how she tortured me for years &#8211; teasing me about her trips to visit family in Phoenix and the possibility of going, and then after, baiting me with texts and emails; or her plans &#8220;got in the way&#8221; and she couldn&#8217;t make it.\u00a0 She thought she was soooooo &#8211; ooooh so funny.\u00a0 She thought it was finally payback for the Big Brother thing!\u00a0 But, as you read, who really suffered &#8211; missing all those opportunities to enjoy pizza at that level?\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>So now I&#8217;m on my tomato quest, using Chris Bianco&#8217;s new organic tomatoes &#8211; Bianco DiNapoli Organic Tomatoes.\u00a0 I am making pizzas that will allow me to really taste these tomatoes as I try them out for the first time here at home.\u00a0 As I browsed Pizzeria Bianco&#8217;s menu online, a pizza jumped off the page at me &#8211; the <em>Biancoverde Pizza<\/em>!\u00a0 It has Fresh Mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, Ricotta, and Arugula.\u00a0 That sounds delicious.\u00a0 But, there are no tomatoes!\u00a0 What to do?\u00a0 Wait!\u00a0 The bells went off. The sassy sister had the Biancoverde, but had added some tomato sauce to it.\u00a0 I thought that would not only be a perfect pizza to try to make, but also<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0another chance to nudge her around a little more.<\/p>\n<p><div id=\"attachment_572\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-572\" class=\"caption alignright size-full wp-image-572\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fornobravo.com\/pizzaquest\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2011\/09\/_mg_8791.jpg\" border=\"0\" title=\"Hand Crushed Tomatoes, Fresh Mozz and Ricotta Cheese \" align=\"right\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fornobravo.com\/pizzaquest\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2011\/09\/_mg_8791.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.fornobravo.com\/pizzaquest\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2011\/09\/_mg_8791-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-572\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hand Crushed Tomatoes, Fresh Mozz and Ricotta Cheese<\/p><\/div>They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.\u00a0 The same can be said of taste.\u00a0 As I write this, I realize that may be another one of those fun things about pizza, from an ordering and eating stand point.\u00a0 When we order most pizzas, we really have the opportunity to guide the pizzaiolos to create something unique and original for us.\u00a0 You can choose from a large list of ingredients and build your own meal.\u00a0 You can often even add something not on the list that they may have in the kitchen.\u00a0 You don&#8217;t get that opportunity with a normal dinner.\u00a0 You may drop this, or ask for something on the side.\u00a0 But, you really don&#8217;t get to look at the building blocks &#8211; choose your ingredients and have that much interaction with most meals.\u00a0 Again, I have been hitting on how pizza is fun lately, and this is perhaps another reason that we all love this food so much.<\/p>\n<p>My sister loved her<em> Biancoverde.<\/em> It really represented a pizza epiphany for her.\u00a0 She went in thinking one thing and found out, after eating there, how truly great good pizza really can be.\u00a0 And we&#8217;re on a quest for Great Good Pizza!\u00a0 I thought this would be a fun pizza to make.\u00a0 And, I have to say, it was delicious.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Keke&#8217;s Bianco Rossa-Verde Pizza:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><div id=\"attachment_573\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-573\" class=\"caption alignright size-full wp-image-573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fornobravo.com\/pizzaquest\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2011\/09\/_mg_8811.jpg\" border=\"0\" title=\"I love cool fresh arugula on a hot pizza.
