{"id":5404,"date":"2019-06-10T20:26:48","date_gmt":"2019-06-11T00:26:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fornobravo.com\/pizzaquest\/?p=5404"},"modified":"2019-06-11T08:38:42","modified_gmt":"2019-06-11T12:38:42","slug":"international-symposium-bread-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fornobravo.com\/pizzaquest\/international-symposium-bread-week\/","title":{"rendered":"International Symposium on Bread is This Week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi All,<\/p>\n<p>This is a crazy week for me so I won&#8217;t be posting anything new, other than to let you know that on Wednesday I will be hosting about 100 people at the third annual <em>Johnson &amp; Wales University International Symposium on Bread<\/em> (also known as <em>On the Rise). <\/em>Since it hasn&#8217;t happened yet I don&#8217;t have any photos to post, but I&#8217;ll put up one from the first event, back in 2017. Then, after it ends, I&#8217;ll be back next week with a short recap and some photos of the incredible breads I foresee emerging from the workshops.
