Brigit always has lots of cooking tips for us, and Casey has figured out a few things, too, regarding how to best &#8220;drive&#8221; the oven, which they share both here and also at their wonderful <a href=\"http:\/\/www.refugiopasorobles.com\/\">Refugio Conference Center <\/a>in Paso Robles, located in California&#8217;s Central Coastal wine region.\u00a0 Enjoy these final few &#8220;don&#8217;t you wish you were there&#8221; moments with Brigit and Casey before we move on to yet another story next month as our Pizza Quest continues.
