If you are new here on Pizza Quest you might want to go into our Webisode archive (see the button at the top of the home page) and check out the wonderful episodes we did with each of them.<\/p>\n<p>In this segment, we grabbed Dan just as he was about to head home, and enticed him with one of Vito&#8217;s featured pizza, his version of a Hawaiian (pineapple and spicy salami, with a few rings of jalapeno pepper to buzz it up a bit). We wanted to see if we could get Dan to amplify some of the insights he gave us in the wine tasting segments by commenting on how the Talbott Chardonnay was affected by the pizza, and vice versa.
