As part of the Summit there will also be the <em>2nd Annual Caputo Cup<\/em> <em>Competition<\/em> for both Neapolitan (wood-fired) and American-style pizzas. I&#8217;ll be heading to NYC for the Summit, as will regular guest columnist John Arena and a whole pantheon of pizza superstars, many of whom will be making presentations.\u00a0 All the details can be found at the following link:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/3cc1ec20.campgn3.com\/Caputo-Cup-2\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/3cc1ec20.campgn3.com\/Caputo-Cup-2 <\/a><\/p>\n<p>The best part is that registration is free, so the only costs are for travel. There&#8217;s even a decent hotel rate for attendees (follow the link for that).\u00a0 If you do come please look for me and introduce yourself.
