His previous video, showcasing a wonderful burrata cheese appetizer, was such a hit we&#8217;ve decided to bring him back for an encore. This video will post on Thursday (and, if you missed it, you can see his previous video on the Instructionals page in the archives).<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, I&#8217;ll be posting one of my favorite recipes from, <em>American Pie: My Search for the Perfect Pizza<\/em>. It&#8217;s called <em>Focaccia col Formaggio di Recco <\/em>(ie: cheese focaccia from the town of Recco, Italy, near Genoa). It&#8217;s unlike any other focaccia I&#8217;ve ever had and is absolutely fabulous&#8211;one of the tastiest treats we discovered &#8211;maybe THE tastiest treat&#8211; on our journey through Italy!!<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, we have a new Guest Column from John Arena, of Metro Pizza in Las Vegas.
