We have just introduced Kelly Whitaker of Pizzeria Basta with his Bel Gioioso Burrata Cheese appetizer in the Instructional section.\u00a0 Let me just say that this is a recipe you will want to try at home.\u00a0 I have personally made this 3 times since I returned from the trip.\u00a0 As Kelly says, he uses whatever he has in season, or on hand.\u00a0 I have done my versions with Leeks, Scallions and Red Onions and each time it was wonderful.\u00a0 Here is a little introduction about Kelly’s amazing pizzeria in Boulder, Co.\u00a0 I hope these pictures do his place justice!<\/p>\n
