“I used to have the Casa90 in my old house, and have to say that I was surprised that one size larger does take a larger than expected amount of wood to heat up the oven. That said, the extra space is really nice and makes it worth it.”

Ralf had a very specific look in mind for his oven, and since domes can be tricky shapes to work with, and the single color allowed for no mistakes, he hired a professional tiler, “who worked on this for three days. He cut dozens of pieces individually to make it all fit.” Finally, he whitewashed the brick to accent the color of the tile for a magnificent finish!
