Great news. -- the Craftsy mini-pizza course launched yesterday and we already have 2,200 subscribers! To get the free video course, "Perfect Pizza at Home" go to www.craftsy.com/pizza and sign up. Did I mention that it's FREE!! I just watched the whole series from my hotel room (yes, I'm still in Texas) and I have to say, I'm really pleased with how it turned out. This is a great course. It is nice to see how you do the various steps. I regularly make pizza from the recipe in Artisan Bread Every Day and they always come out terrific! I look forward to trying some of the different doughs. Thank you for making this available.

Started the new pizza class on Craftsy last night from our hotel room in Nebraska - FABULOUS! Can't wait to get off the road and get back to the bread & pizza. BTW, out wild yeast starter is enjoying a road trip as well. Have fun in TX and good luck with your classes!
