They offer the space you need to cook multiple pizzas, and a larger number of platters. At the same time, they still head up quickly and do not consume vast amounts of wood.

Can't decide between the Premio90 and Premio100? The 90cm (35") and 100cm (39") ovens are the most popular sizes. Here is some help. The Premio100 will accommodate a full-size turkey, where the Premio90 will only fit a small to mid-size turkey.
