 Taller chimney for Giardino 70
The terracotta 12" chimney supplied with the oven is not tall enough. I called the customer support and they suggested to purchase the 6" anchor plate, 6" x 24" stainless chimney and cap. I did that and now that the pieces are in front of me I can see no way this will fit on the front of the oven.
The place where the anchor plate would mount is 7" deep. The 6" chimney pipe has a an 8" od. and the anchor plate is larger than that. The installation instruction lists a 5" DuraTech setup and optional manifold but that is not on the online catalog.
What have people done to have a taller chimney on this oven? Any and all help is appreciated.
Our deadline for completion is Thanksgiving, it's not looking good at this rate!
