Default Melbourne, Australia - does anyone want to be interviewed for Epicure, The Age?

Hi all. My wife is a journalist and is writing a feature story for The Age on wood fired ovens. She is looking for people living in Melbourne, Australia who have built a WFO in their backyard (not for commercial use) in the last two years. She's looking for a couple of colourful quotes on the building process.

Any takers please email Nina@NinasWord.com.au

Please note that time is of the essence.

Greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't have too much trouble as it seems that the majority of members on here from OZ are in Melbourne.

Cheers
