| Hi everyone, I am opening a small italian pizza take away shop and have decided to use the pompeii oven plans, scaled up to a 5 foot internal diameter. The only problem I have is I cant go straight up with the chimney flue as there is another commercial unit overhead. The oven will however be built against an exterior wall. Can I turn the flue back to exit through the wall or would I need some sort of electric extraction? Thank you in advance for any advice, Andrew Ireland |
