| I am finally to my vent and chimney. I just have a couple of questions. A friend is manufacturing my vent out of steel. Is 20 inches long and 8 inches wide to big? The liner is 6" by 2'. I am new at this building thing, so bear with me with my lingo. |

| My 39" oven has an 8x8 inch flue and seems to draw just fine. There is a lot of information on the site that relates flue size to oven size. If you can post a picture it would help. But based on the information, if you have a 20x8 inch transistion to an 8x8 square or 8 inch round, it should work well for the average sized ovens I see built here. good luck!!! Christo
