Quikrete Surface Bonding Cement

From the materials list for the 42" stand it seems like you can save some money, and you back!

A bag of the S.B.C costs bout 17 bucks.

Would take (3) 50lb bags to do the stand....no rebar needed ($)

Just looked up some reg cement forom lowes...$3.66 for a 80lb bag...plus you need 14 !!!

...Seems simple to me....
