George, when we were younger we learned to categorize the retired community into oldies, wrinklies and crumblies (pre dust)
....maybe not so funny anymore

I definitely know builders in the 60+ camp. Jim, your poll sounds like age discrimination.

Side note -- my sister-in-law turns 50 today. Good thing we aren't in the same country right now. She has a few months to settle down before summer vacation. :-)
