Does anyone know how long you need to let the perlite/portland cement mix for the insulating hearth set up before starting to build the oven on top of it?

I waited 1 week. It takes at least 4-5 days before it feels like it can handle the weight and abuse of climbing around on it to build the dome. RT

Thanks for the info. I'm building the form for the hearth this afternoon after work, going to make the pour tomorrow, then I have next week off. I'm hoping to get a lot done!
