Help - Using a ball for Construction

I noticed the great post of using balls to help in construction of the dome.
What size ball will give what size oven?

Also one question I am curious about is how do you determing the angle to angle the bricks of the dome at each course?

One option for getting your angle is to draw the perfect dome shape on a piece of plywood, with accurate floor and dome height dimensions, then lay your bricks down to follow that line. That will give you the angles for each course. That is what Jim did here:

A second option is to constructure an internal form using styrofoam panels, and the bricks follow that form as you build.
