Default Framing and Cure

While we have been framing we have been curing the oven. Our oven has actually been air curing for better than 2 weeks as we have been busy working in and out of town. We lit our first fire using strictly paper to get it up to 100 degrees. We did this several times before we proceeded to the 200 degree mark which we did twice and so on to the 400 degree mark. We are going to 500 degrees tonight as we finish the wireing, rest of the Durock, vermiculite fill, and with enough daylight, the roof. We are hoping to have our first pie this Sunday. Actually our first pies this Sun.
