| I came across this interesting oven in my internet wanderings. A Electric brick oven. Kind of cool, but definitely inferior to a WFO. the temperature graph at the bottom is really interesting. Build a Domestic Brick Oven I did notice that they were using Foam-glas insultation. I checked the spec sheets here Pittsburgh Corning FOAMGLAS Insulation Looks interesting. I found a local supplier who stocks everything insulation, both residential and industrial. According to their web site (Bay Industries Inc. ) they have technical sales reps. I'll contact them this week and see what they have and if they really do know what they are doing. Looks light it might be a good source for the Pacific Northwest builders
