Degree cut for brick
I am new to the pizza oven building world and I need some help. I have started building a pizza over, igloo style. I have finished constructing the fllor of the oven and the landing/arch is completed - and I have completed the first layer of the actual dome. I don't know how to calculate the angle to cut my brick for the next and subsequent courses. The oven floor is 30.5 inch across - inside diameter of the oven. The arch is 12 inches tall - again this is an inside dimension. Can I cut all the bricks at the same angle/degree or does the angle/degree of the cut change with each course. Help? I think the inside of the dome needs to be a certain distance taller than the arch?
