 Cooking floors from Forno Bravo At long last, we have 43" cooking floors available from Forno Bravo. They are the same material as our Casa and Premio. They are about 2" thick and made from Retrattario Aluminoso (real commercial grade refractory). The 43" floor comes in four pie shaped pieces. The cost is $250, plus shipping. Let me know if you want to go with the smooth floor. We have a handful, and can order more. James
