Building Indoors? Electrical extraction??
I am opening a small pizza take away shop and have decided to use the pompeii oven plans, scaled up to a 5 foot internal diameter.
My problem is I cant take the chimney flue straight up as there is another commercial unit overhead.
The oven will however be built against an exterior wall. Can I simply turn the flue back to exit through the wall or would I need some sort of electric extraction??
