| Should one make the outside arch slightly bigger than the inside arch. |

| That's what I did. You want a reveal on the inside arch to fit a door against. If the outer arch is not slightly larger, the door will fit to tightly before you can fit it up against the inner arch. |

| Yes, each of my arches was about 1 inch wider. This helps you have two doors one door for the inner arch and one for the outer arch to keep out the elements. Hope this helps. Dick |
