Default 42" Oven Opening

Just wanted to get a feel for what different people used as their oven opening dimensions for an oven at or around 42". Also, why you chose those particular dimensions, and if you're still happy with them. Thanks!

Default Re: 42" Oven Opening

I used and 11 x 19 opening on a 42" oven with a 17" dome height. No regrets what so ever. 19 is a good width for larger ovens and 11 is 65% of 17, with 2/3rds being a good rule for opening height to dome height ratio.
