 Where to get help, trying to make a decision
I am trying to decide between a Artigiano and a pre-built ready to go ToscanaH oven.
I sent a e-mail with about a 8 questions regarding the 2 ovens and almost immediately got a reply with a quote, ok that was question 1, multiple e-mails later, I have the answers to 2 more questions. I admit there was a slight issue with my e-mail not working but that was resolved almost immediately and I am just not getting answers to my basic questions. I am at work and not going to spend time at work on the phone, besides I am a e-mail kind of guy. Anyone know a address of someone who will actually answer questions instead of send out a quote ?
