Default Uses for fire brick dust

Hi All,

Any ideas for using fire brick dust left over from fire brick cutting?

I've been cutting bricks as needed and have developed quite a pile of residual dust from the tile saw.

Can I use it to fill small gaps in my oven floor between bricks? Are there other, better uses? Should it be applied dry or wet?

Thanks!

You can use it as a fine aggregate for your mortar.
