| I am setting up a 2 piece refractory dome oven. I have a 6" steel chimney but I don't have any mounting hardware. There is a 4" x 8" vent opening at the front of the oven, above the landing. Any suggestions for any easy, very inexpensive or free, way to secure the chimney? I will be insulating with ceramic blanket & building a dome... stucco perhaps... over this. I've yet to work with refractory cement... can I build cement up around the chimney for a solid hold? |
