Metal stand dimensions for Ristorante 130

We're having a Ristorante 130 installed in our restaurant. (I bought one of the last ones.) We need a metal stand and think that we've found somebody local who can make one, but I'm not sure of the dimensions.

Our contractor says that it has to support 3,000 lbs. He also came up with dimensions of 83x76 and 38" high.

I want the stand to be adequate, of course, but also don't want it to take up unnecessary space. I got a slightly different suggestion for dimensions from Les on the Commercial forum, a little smaller. Does anybody have the dimensions of the original 130 stand, or for the Modena 140 (which seems to be about the same size)?
