| Cured oven with hardwood charcoal. I found the Ausie technique to work for those of us with work schedules. I burned about 50 lbs of charcoal this week but was able to slowly increase the temperature daily and for prolonged times > 10 hrs/day.Today was Pizza time and the dome and walls are creamy white on my Premio 2G 110!!! Only hairline cracks noted in the mortar joints...so all was well. |
