| 35" is a good size, but if you can help it, I wouldn't go smaller. I have a Casa90 here (35"), and like the size. Of course if you have the space, bigger is always nicer-- when you are juggling multiple pizzas or roasting pans. We could stock the 90 and 110. James |

| Hi Jeffrey, * In my experience of oven building if you have the space go as big as you can 110 – 120 cm. A larger oven doesn’t consume that much more fuel, however, the oven management is much easier and you always find more things to cook than you first thought. * Alf |
