Hey Jim

I just wanted to tell you again how much i appreciated you spending time with me and allowing me to come to your home to see your oven. I was very impressed and i can assure you that it only made me more determined to get started on my own.
By the way, the bread was great, cant wait until the next time im around. hopefully you will be baking that day, i would sure like to see that.
