Default Stove pipe anchor plate

I've looked and I can't seem to find a funnel shaped vent (or manifold?) (not reducers) instead of the standard square flat base anchors. I've seen them on some oven builds here.
The stove pipe sites I've visited don't seem to carry anything like it. Where might I find one?
