Default stand from different blocks?

hi,
i have tried to find some info here but did find.
I am in process of building and thinking to use something like these
Wienerberger - Tehly
as blocks for stand wall.

is it ok? onyone used these or similar? some of these are calibrated/milled so those matches perfectly and you need almost none clay/concrete.

thanks
