| Did a little ground work this weekend - hot and humid but at least I've started the base. Planning on a 36 inch oven, will that be big enough for a turkey? Most of my planned baking will be pizza related or flat bread, but want to do this thanksgiving in the oven. Any design considerations for opening size, etc. that I should take into account? As always, Thanks for the input!!!! Christo
