Default Selection Of Oven

I'm a newcomer - not only to this forum but to any forum - so pls coach me as required. thnx
I'm on verge of building my wood fired oven. I'm looking forward to the help this forum (you) can provide. First question: Considering the forum name, is this forum open to objective comments to other manufacturers products or will this be like the Ford guys who hate the GM guys? From the little research I have done the FB's seem to be one of the better - or at least more common.
