Round vs. Scott Design
As it turns out the space I have will accomodate 74" X 74" slab. It would be easy to have a 69" X 69" oven Outer diameter. The question is should I have him build a larger round oven with a little less insulation or a smaller narrower 32 X 36 Scott style oven that is much heavier and massive. I probably will mostly be doing pizzas and using it a few time a month. Bread will also be done but secondary to pizza. Again any thoughts?
