Regional gatherings

We've had some very good postings and ideas on the topic of putting together some regional gathering, and training days -- both on installation and cooking. Let's keep the ideas going and see if we can pull this off. With winter coming in the Northern hemisphere, I think we should start planning toward early spring events.

I am having visions of a nationwide (U.S.) brick oven raising day, where groups all around the country get together and build and cook. Perhaps we could collaborate with the MHA.

I've seen a bunch of new postings from people from around NYC - I can host a spring regional for tri-state (and eastern PA) folks.
