| I am just starting to break ground for an oven that I think will be a 36" Pompeii and I have a couple of questions before I go any further. First, what is the advantage of buying the kit versus sourcing the materials locally? Second, I saw somewhere that Forno Brovo offered a round oven floor that allows the dome to be built around the floor instead of on the floor but I can't find it in the catalog. Is this a better way to go? I am sure I will have many more questions. |
