Does anyone have experience in building a portable oven?

Lots of info here on mobile ovens. Most of the successful ones use modular ovens: fewer pieces to vibrate apart in transit.

What's your plan?

I made this last year and I am still using it while I am building my Pompeii. When my "real" pizza oven is done I will retire the portable to my trailer so we can have pizza when we camp.


If you search the forum for Weber you will also find people who have modded there weber grills for pizza cooking.
