Default perlite / vermiculite

so i didnt find out yet how i will mix one of them with the concrete for my oven floor, what mixture of concrete should i use and how much of the perlite/ vermiculite
do i use common cement???

how about the mortar for the dome...

Don't use this for your oven floor. This is the insulation layer and goes between the structural slab and the oven hearth bricks.

I used an 8:1 mix. 8 Vermiculite to 1 normal Portland cement.

so how much vermiculita will i need, they sell here ten kilo so is that enogh?
