Default oven height

I had just built a dome like oven myself here in Brazil before visiting this site.
Now I'm really curious to know the average height of the regular brick ovens.
Thanks a lot!
Arllan.

my 39 inch dome is about 18" high.

I used to visit Brazil on business. San Jose de Campos was very nice.

Hey all,

Good thread. I am moving it to Getting Started.

How high is your oven cooking floor? I feel a poll coming on. :-)
