| Wood fired bread oven. Not a pizza oven so Im building a dome. Building from alan scotts design. Setting the fire brick floor my insulated pad is not totally levell. (A rise or two). What the best way of laying out my fire brick floor. Ill be using heat stop for the arched dome. If I have a insulated pad with expansion joints why cant I use heat stop to give me a mortar to Plumb and level My firebrick floor. Let me know whats gonna happen if I use refractory to set my bread oven floor. thanks, Jeremy |
