| If one were to install an oven into a truck or onto a trailer which would be the better way to go. Precast refractory or brick oven. Which would cope with the movement from transportation etc. Thank you |

| Most successful mobile ovens use modular ovens, there are fewer pieces to vibrate apart, and the modules are more self-supporting.

| I thought pre cast as well but I have noticed that every mobile pizza truck I have ever seen in France uses brick ovens? |

| We've been entertaing the thought of a mobile oven, as well, for fundraising and farmers' markets and stuff like that. But we have to get the stationary one going and the experience of using it, down first. But I'd love to see ideas of people who are or have done mobile ones... cecelia |
