mobile oven?

has annyone built a neapolition oven on a trailer? thats what I want to do but need pitfall advice if theirs anny availible. thanks.

To build yourself? There are lots of vendors that sell rigs already put together and meet code (well, often meet or come close to code for most states) Forno Bravo is tied to one vendor but there are numerous ones out there.
If you are doing it yourself and don't plan to use it to go into business I seem to remember some rig info out of Australia. Google the ovens and add Australia and that should get you going.
