Default Insulation -- wow

I am finally getting around to finishing my Artigiano 120 oven, which has been sitting out in the rain for a couple of months. I am re-curing it, and just installed the FB Blanket insulation. I put three boxes around the 120 oven, and it's looking good.

What a huge difference it makes. You can feel the oven holding in the heat, and even my moderate curing fires are definitely holding more heat inside the oven -- rather than slowly leaking out of the dome.

We've talked about this before, but it's still cool seeing the oven getting ready for some serious cooking.
